Discover Your Most Productive Hours

These are the periods when you move swiftly through your to-do list, and distractions do not get in your way.
Take Steps
Keep track of the hours of the day when you seem to get the most done. It may be a few hours before you go to bed, the last few hours before you get off work, or in the early morning. This can fluctuate based on sleep and diet so keep a log of your energy levels and look for patterns in your behavior. Energy levels can also be affected by the time of the month so maintain your journal for at least 1-3 months.
Keys to Success
Once you figure out your most productive times of the day, plan your schedule around it as much as possible. Schedule some of your hardest task to knock out during that time.
